An insurer says it will be holding the rate it pays common shareholders steady.
The board of Torchmark Corp., McKinney, Texas, has declared a quarterly dividend of 14 cents per common share.
Torchmark will pay the dividend, which is the same dividend the company paid last quarter, May 1 to shareholders who own its stock April 3.
