Roger Crandall has been appointed president and chief operating officer of MassMutual. He will be responsible for the U.S. Insurance group, Enterprise Technology Organization, and MassMutual International LLC. He continue to oversee the company's Retirement Services and Retirement Income businesses, and MassMutual subsidiaries Babson Capital and Baring Asset Management Limited.
