Health Partners has introduced a health plan aimed at individuals of all ages.
The new Three for Free plan includes 3 free office visits per year, a $5 co-pay for generic drugs, 100% coverage for up to $200 in preventive care annually, and a $250 co-payment for an emergency visit, according to Health Partners, Bloomington, Minn.
Premiums for the plan start at $69 per month, Health Partners says.
