A unit of CNA Financial Corp. has chosen Accenture Ltd. to administer its closed book of annuity and retirement-related business.

The 5-year contract calls for Accenture Insurance BPO Services, New York, a unit of Accenture, Hamilton, Bermuda, to handle customer inquiries, requests and payments for CNA's Continental Casualty Company subsidiary.
