Mark Delfino has permanently joined HoyleCohen as managing director and chief operating officer, after a year at the firm as a consultant. He has over 20 years of experience as a senior operations executive and advisor. Prior to joining HoyleCohen, he founded and managed D-Rock Investment Services LLC, a registered investment advisory firm in San Diego.
