Francois Gadenne has decided to devote all of his professional energies to being the chairman of the Retirement Income Industry Association.
Gadenne has been serving as the chairman of the RIIA, Boston, while also owning Retirement Engineer Inc., Boston, a firm that develops investment programs designed for baby boomers and others who are rolling 401(k) plan assets over into individual retirement accounts.
Gadenne now has agreed to sell Retirement Engineering, divest his other commercial interests and accept a long-term employment contract with the RIIA, the association says.
Gadenne will be a full-time chairman of the RIIA, the association says.
