AvMed Health Plans Inc. is giving small employers more deductible and co-payment options.
AvMed, Miami, says it has introduced small group health plans with low co-payments for routine primary care office visits along with rates that are 50% lower than the rates for the company's older small group health plans.
Benefit and contract changes include free mammograms and full-time student eligibility up to age 25.
