Clear Choice Health Plans Inc. has hired Adaptis Inc. to handle claims administration and other financial services administration tasks.
Clear Choice, Bend, Ore., says it expects to spend about $3.7 million on the shift to Adaptis, Seattle, and to eliminate about 30 jobs.
Clear Choice hopes to complete the transition by July 1, 2008, the company says.
The outsourcing contract is set to last for 5 years.
