A California managed care company has picked a health improvement services vendor.
Western Health Advantage Health Plan, Sacramento, Calif., will be using the Healthy Roads program from American Specialty Health Inc., San Diego, for 81,000 health plan members in North Carolina.
The package of services will include a personal health assessment, Web-based health trackers, access to weight management, tobacco cessation, and healthy living programs.
