Avivia Health Management has started a program that will identify and give personal advice to group plan members who face conditions that may interfere with productivity.
Avivia, a unit of Kaiser Permanente, Oakland, Calif., will offer health coaching and education for employees with conditions such as obesity, depression and allergies, according to Avivia.
Avivia will be selling the coaching services throughout the country both for insured health plans and self-funded health plans.
