A health benefits software company has built fee discounting technology from another company into its claims system.
TriZetto Group Inc., Newport Beach, Calif., is using a repricing service from Coalition America Inc., Atlanta, in its ClaimsExchange system, according to CAI.
The update permits health plans and other clients to transmit in-network and out-of-network medical bills for repricing, then get the bills back so that they can decide whether to pay the claims.
