A company that runs self-funded health plans is updating the corporate identities of two newly acquired benefits administrators.
Meritain Health Inc., Amherst, N.Y., has changed the name of CBSA Performax, Minneapolis, and Weyco, Okemos, Mich., to Meritain Health.
Meritain acquired Weyco in August 2006 and CBSA in December 2006.
