The Amacore Group Inc., a benefits and insurance provider announced it has agreed to acquiring a call center for an undisclosed amount of stock and cash.
Amacore, Tampa, Fla., says it plans to buy JRM Benefits Consultants LLC, Turnersville, N.J. to handle telemarketing for its products, ranging from term life insurance to health care programs, including discount dental plans, hearing programs, chiropractic benefits and pharmacy plans.
