A benefits technology firm has developed a service for small employers.

Digital Insurance Inc., Atlanta, says its new INcompass program will provide an employee support center, a Web-based benefits system, Web-based health and wellness services, and benefits compliance assistance designed for employers with fewer than 25 employees.
