VantisLife Insurance Company says it has received official regulatory approvals to form a subsidiary that will sell insurance in New York state.
VantisLife, Windsor, Conn., can now sell life insurance in all 50 states. It hopes to get its new VantisLife Insurance Company of New York unit into operation later this year.
VantisLife sells life insurance and annuities through licensed representatives in banks.
