The Canadian Life and Health Insurance Association Inc. has elected Peter McCarthy chairman.
McCarthy is president of AIG Life Insurance Company of Canada, Toronto, a unit of American International Group Inc., New York.
The new chairman elect of the CLHIA, Toronto, is Pierre-Yves Julien, president Medavie Blue Cross, Moncton, New Brunswick.
