Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield has introduced the EmployeeElect health insurance program for Nevada employers with 2 to 50 employees.
The program will give small employers the ability to offer employees a menu of 2 to 14 plans, including 6 preferred provider plans, 5 health account plans and 3 health maintenance organization plans, according to Anthem Blue, a unit of WellPoint Inc., Indianapolis.
Groups get 12-month rate and benefit guarantees, and the program comes with wellness incentives as a standard feature, Anthem Blue says.
