Legacy Consulting Services L.L.C. says it has added "Smart" analytical features to its AdminiSTEP health insurance claim data exchange system.
The new features will help insurers and other payers correct some claim problems automatically and cope with others by sending electronic requests for help to doctors and other providers automatically, rather than triggering the mailing of paper claim rejection letters, according to Legacy Consulting, Plano, Texas.
