Medical Mutual of Ohio will send $150 to plan members who participate in Weight Watchers weight management sessions for at least 36 weeks.
Medical Mutual, Cleveland, says it will pay $50 in reimbursement to members who complete a 13-week plan, or $75 to members who complete an 18-week plan.
The maximum reimbursement is $150 per 12-month period, the company says.
To be eligible, participants must be 18 or older.
