CIGNA HealthCare has agreed to acquire Mid-South Administrative Group L.L.C.
Mid-South, Memphis, Tenn., administers self-funded health plans for about 10 Memphis-area employers with a total of 28,000 plan members, according to CIGNA HealthCare, Bloomfield, Conn., a unit of CIGNA Corp., Philadelphia.
CIGNA HealthCare is not disclosing the price of the deal or other contract terms.
