Golden Rule has introduced a Belay health insurance pilot program in Cleveland.

Golden Rule, a unit of UnitedHealth Group Inc., Minnetonka, Minn., says it has tried to design the Belay program to appeal to working, uninsured consumers ages 35 to 54.

In Cleveland, the Belay program will include the Belay HSA 100 health savings account-compatible plan and the Belay 100 conventional high-deductible plan, Golden Rule says.

These Belay plans will cost about $78 to $109 per month, the company says.
