Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Tennessee has set up a guide system to help customers understand the new account-based health plans.

Tennessee Blue, Chattanooga, Tenn., is providing telephone access to "consumer coaches" who can help holders of health savings accounts and health reimbursement arrangements understand their health plans.

The coaches can advise members about their specific benefits as well as steering them to Web-based resources, Tennessee Blue says.
