A company is giving New York and New Jersey employers new disability insurance options.
The Wellesley, Mass.-based U.S. arm of Sun Life Financial Inc., Toronto, has started offering Disability Benefits Law coverage in New York and Temporary Disability Benefits in New Jersey.
Employers can buy the coverage on a stand-alone basis or in combination with ordinary group disability insurance plans.
The plans come up money-back service guarantees, Sun Life says.
