A health insurance purchasing group that represents 230 employers has picked a health account pioneer to be its insurance plan provider.
The Healthy Lifestyles Cooperative of Brown, Green Bay, Wis., will be getting health coverage for member firms from Destiny Health, Chicago, a unit of Discovery Holdings Ltd., Sandton, South Africa.
Destiny is known for combining individual employee health accounts with a wellness incentives program.
To participate in the program, adult employees and dependents must undergo a health risk assessment that includes providing a health history and undergoing blood analysis.
