A unit of Conseco Inc. has agreed to develop a series of fixed annuities with Legacy Marketing Group.
The deal will make Legacy, a unit of Regan Holding Corp., Petaluma, Calif., the sole distributor of fixed annuities from Conseco's Washington National Insurance Company unit for the individual market.
Washington National has introduced the first alliance annuity, the RewardMark contract, today, according to Conseco, Carmel, Ind.
The RewardMark annuity is a flexible-premium, deferred index annuity.
