SantaCroce previously was a vice president of sales for a Wisconsin-based unit of Medco Health Solutions Inc., Franklin Lakes, N.J., a pharmacy benefits manager. He also has worked for the managed care operations of Aetna Inc., Hartford.
SantaCroce has a bachelor's degree from Marist College.
