NU Online News Service, May 5, 2003, 1:19 p.m. EDT – Linsco/Private Ledger Corp., Boston, has hired BISYS Group Inc., New York, to help its 4,400 registered representatives sell life insurance, annuities, long-term care insurance, disability insurance and related products.
BISYS will provide sales support services, back-office support services, application-processing services and underwriting support, BISYS says.
BISYS says it now helps more than 40 broker-dealers and about 45,000 registered representatives sell insurance.
