NU Online News Service, April 9, 2003, 12:47 p.m. EDT – Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, New York, has agreed to buy 1,000 seats of the Enterprise CRM Platform customer-relationship management software from E-Z Data Inc., Pasadena, Calif.
Guardian will be using the software to help field representatives, general agents and home-office employees serve customers, E-Z Data says.
