NU Online News Service, March 6, 2003, 12:25 p.m. EST – LOMA, Atlanta, has asked J.D. Power and Associates, Westlake Village, Calif., to help it conduct a survey that will explore the expectations, needs and desires of life insurance customers.
LOMA says it is still recruiting life insurers for the study consortium.
