NU Online News Service, Nov. 18, 9:08 a.m. – Scottish Annuity & Life Holdings Ltd., Hamilton, Bermuda, a reinsurer, says it will be trying to borrow $100 million by selling convertible notes to institutional investors through a private placement.
The holders can convert the notes into ordinary stock in 2022, the company says.
