NU Online News Service, Nov. 13, 10:35 a.m. – Annuity & Life Re (Holdings) Ltd., Hamilton, Bermuda, has postponed the release of its third-quarter earning for the second time this month.
The company says it has now decided to release its earnings Nov. 19. Originally, the company had scheduled a Nov. 5 release. The company announced plans Nov. 5 to push the release back to today.
Annuity & Life says it made the decision to delay the earnings release a second time "in connection with its ongoing discussions with the Staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission regarding the Staff's accounting review of the Company's prior public filings."
