NU Online News Service, Nov. 13, 2:50 p.m. – The Association for Cooperative Operations Research and Development, Pearl River, N.Y., has set up the ACORD Agents Resource Group, a body that will help insurance agents and brokers shape ACORD's efforts to set technical standards for the insurance industry.
The resource group will start by working on property-casualty issues, but organizers also have plans to work on life and reinsurance issues.
