NU Online News Service, Oct. 9, 10:23 a.m. – Columbus Life, a unit of Western & Southern Financial Group, Cincinnati, has introduced AccountMax, a single-premium deferred fixed annuity that pays an extra 2% in interest during the first contract year.
The AccountMax annuity offers a choice of guarantee periods ranging from three years to 10 years. Customers who choose the three-year period can buy an optional second three-year guarantee period at the end of the first guarantee period.
