NU Online News Service, Oct. 3, 10:48 a.m. – PartnerRe Ltd., Pembroke, Bermuda, appointed John Davidson chief investment officer of PartnerRe and president and chief executive officer of PartnerRe Asset Management Company.

Davidson will be responsible for PartnerRe's $3.8 billion investment portfolio. He will operate out of Greenwich, Conn.
