NU Online News Service, Aug. 17, 10:14 a.m. – Dennis Holt has been appointed group chief executive of AXA U.K., London, a wholly owned subsidiary of AXA Group, Paris.
Holt will also become a member of AXA's executive committee. He joins AXA UK from the London offices of Lloyds TSB, where he has been a group executive director.
He will assume his new role Sept. 1, AXA says.
