The SEC reached a first-of-its-kind $100 million settlement with BlockFi Lending in February related to digital assets.

In this episode, Morgan and Zaccaro talk with former SEC Commissioner Troy Paredes to get his thoughts on the state of affairs at the SEC regarding regulation of digital assets and what the future may hold for these evolving technologies and business models.

Paredes, founder of Paredes Strategies LLC, served as an SEC commissioner from 2008 to 2013. He was appointed by President George W. Bush.
