Norlyn Poto, senior vice president at Cadaret, Grant & Co., has announced her retirement after 23 years with the firm.
Poto leads the marketing department at the Syracuse, N.Y.-based company. She has more than three decades experience in the industry, leading numerous groups, boards and conferences in addition to her full-time job.
Poto will leave the firm in mid-March, and Cadaret, Grant & Co. plan to hire her successor sometime in mid-February. Poto is leaving to spend more time with her family and travel with her husband.
"Norlyn has had a powerful influence on our firm and the industry," said Art Grant, the company's president and CEO. "The ultimate tribute to Norlyn's leadership is that she leaves a totally prepared department. The marketing department is well-trained and motivated and will continue to deliver at the high level of standards that are well-established."
