Employers now can buy plans that combine high deductibles with annual maximums of $3,000 to $5,000.
Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, New York, will offer the high-deductible/high-maximum combination with 6 new group dental plans.
The plans give enrollees access to the Guardian dental preferred provider network.
Employers can combine the plans with flexible spending account or health savings account programs, Guardian says.
