Federal regulators have come out with a production aimed at small business owners who are thinking about offering retirement benefits.
The video shows how an employer might decide whether to offer a simplified employee pension plan, or SEP; a savings incentive match plan for employees individual retirement arrangement; or a 401(k) plan.
Members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Washington, helped produce the video.
