The Federal Employees Health Benefits program will be reimbursing plan members' doctors to see if the members need help with controlling drug or alcohol problems.
The FEHB has asked participating health carriers to add reimbursement codes for Screening and Brief Intervention procedures to the list of codes for services they will cover, according to the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy.
