A health insurer is giving plan members more tools for saving on prescription drug costs.
Humana Inc., Louisville, Ky., says its Maximize Your Benefits drug program now includes a Web-based tool that gives "real-time, benefit-specific pricing" for prescription drugs.
Members can get the cost available at specific pharmacies and see a list of generic alternatives and other alternatives.
