Pennsylvania is offering access to adultBasic Insurance Program coverage to 35,000 of the people on the program's 110,000-name waiting list, officials say.
The cost of program coverage is $305 per month for people on the waiting list and $33.50 per month for people who officially enter the program and qualify for state subsidies.
The program, which now covers 44,000 people, is open to Pennsylvania residents ages 19 to 64.
