A Northwestern health insurer is licensing use of a health information product from an outside vendor.
Regence Group, Portland, Ore., has agreed to use the Milliman Care Guidelines from Milliman Care Guidelines L.L.C., a unit of Milliman, Seattle, in its health care management program, according to Milliman, Seattle.
