A large insurer hopes to expand in the Mid-Atlantic oral health market.
Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, New York, will be teaming with Dominion Dental Services Inc., Bowie, Md., to add a "dual choice" dental plan option for employer groups in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Washington, D.C.
The program gives employees the ability to choose between a preferred provider plan design and a dental health maintenance organization plan design.
