Quantum Foundation is giving $300,000 to the Palm Beach County Community Health Alliance electronic health information exchange.

Quantum, West Palm Beach, Fla., earlier gave $550,000 to the exchange, which is trying to develop an electronic health record system for all Palm Beach County residents by starting with records for the county's 230,000 uninsured residents.
