The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) says BigWave Systems will continue to power the HealthCare.gov Help on Demand lead-generation system during the open enrollment period for 2019.
The open enrollment period for 2019, or time when people can apply for individual major medical coverage for 2019 without showing they have what the government classifies as a good excuse to be shopping for coverage, is set to start Nov. 1 and end Dec. 15.

The Help On Demand system helps consumers locate nearby agents and brokers who are interested in serving HealthCare.gov users.
HealthCare.gov managers began offering Help On Demand training for the 2019 open enrollment period Aug. 29.
