Fast-Growing Wholesalers Merge to Become One-Stop Shop for Life and Annuity Business

Partners Advantage Insurance Services, LLC, and First Choice Financial, Fargo, N.D. has announced that their two companies will merge. This combines one of the top life insurance brokerages and one of the top annuity brokerages in the nation to bring independent agents and broker-dealers a true one-stop shop for all their life and annuity business.

Partners Advantage is one of the nation’s largest life insurance wholesale brokerages in the nation, with a specialty in the advanced life case market. First Choice Financial is a leading wholesaler in the fixed annuity arena.

Combined, the new Insurance Marketing Organization will bring together cutting-edge tools and white glove customer service for agents that work in the life and annuity marketplace. The products of more than 40 of the nation’s top life insurance companies will be available to agents, along with advanced training opportunities.

Partners Advantage will continue to be led by a seasoned executive team, including: Scott Tietz, President and CEO; Brian Schneier, Senior Vice President and Chief Sales Officer; and James Wong, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. In addition, the Partners Advantage executive team is joined by Brian D. Mann, Founder of First Choice Financial, who will serve as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for the merged company.

“This merger means a greatly expanded marketing and brokerage support staff to help agents and advisors grow their business,” said Scott Tietz.

Partners Advantage and First Choice Financial will serve over 20,000 licensed insurance agents, financial advisors and broker-dealers throughout the nation. The company has over 60 seasoned life and annuity professionals in five offices across the nation: Fargo, North Dakota, Long Beach and Colton, California, Salt Lake City, Utah, and North Palm Beach, Florida.
