Lincoln Financial Distributors Inc. has adopted new software to help it analyze the needs of its financial advisor clients.

SPSS Inc., Chicago, says Lincoln Financial has adopted its Predictive Analytics software to probe Lincoln’s financial intermediary customer base and use that information to help improve its sales and marketing campaigns.

Lincoln Financial Distributors sells variable and fixed annuities, life insurance, long-term care insurance, and investment management products manufactured by its parent, Lincoln Financial Group, Philadelphia, using third-party financial intermediaries.

Lincoln Financial Distributors also plans to use the software to identify opportunities for advisors to scale up and cross-sell products, SPSS says.
