Ameritas Group has introduced a program that can help employers combine billing, deductibles, annual maximums and other features for dental care and eye care.[@@]
Ameritas, a unit of the Ameritas Acacia Companies, Lincoln, Neb., is calling the program “Fusion: The Ultimate Choice.”
Employers that choose the combined dental and eye care plan can, for example, set a deductible level that applies both to dental care and eye care.
Employers also can add access to the Ameritas preferred provider program and a personal dental account program that lets employees with low expenses roll over some unused account assets at the end of the year.
The program requires only one payroll slot and one premium, Ameritas says.
