FPA Advisors Offering Free Help With Coping With Sept. 11 Attacks

NU Online News Service, Oct. 4, 3:25 p.m. – The Financial Planning Association, Denver, is setting up a financial planning support referral center at 800-647-6340 to help families and businesses affected by the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.

The referral line will be live 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday starting Oct. 8.

The line will refer callers to advisors holding the Certified Financial Planner designation who have offered to provide free general planning assistance.

FPA members will also be answering questions submitted through its Web site, at http://www.fpanet.org
